Hi, my name is Natasja

but you won’t find me use it often – I don’t feel like one, if that makes sense. You can call me Nat, if you like.
I’m 30 something years old, but as with my name, somehow the number of years I’ve existed on this planet, don’t make me behave or feel in a certain way: sometimes I feel younger, other times I feel much older.
I’ve started this website, because I’ve always wanted to express my thoughts and feelings to both spread awareness AND to hopefully influence you and help you change to become your very best self!
